  4. Great post – these dishes look terrific! I have been saying for a long time now that I think I enjoy chili even more now than when I ate meat. And you can make so many variations. Am always looking for new recipes and new ways to use avocado as well – so the avocado/grapefruit salad looks delish!

  5. There’s absolutely no truth to the myth that a veggie or vegan diet leaves you with a lack of options. Besides, we are so lucky we have the Internet. Google is your best friend. Ideas, recipes and info is (almost overwhelmingly) everywhere.

  6. This is a wonderful collection of ideas. I’ve been veggie for 20 years and can testify that many of these are recipes I cook over and over again as well. Really good selection, thanks!

    I would add stir fry to the mix, as it’s really quick and healthy and a rich, warming soup and my all time favourite – lentil dahl; eaten hot or cold!
