A Message from the Color Yellow

You can smell the night jasmine permeating the evening air, alfresco dining is available at your favorite restaurant and a few brave souls can be spotted out and about in sandals and tank tops. In short, it's spring.

Yellow has always been the quintessential color of spring to me and I can't think of a better way to mark the change in the season than with this Rabbit handbag with its cheerful yellow creatures.

Hand-embroidered on beautiful 100% organic cotton fabric, these bags are providing income to over 150 women in a small community in Mexico. While vacationing in Mexico, a textile designer was inspired by the charming embroidered animal designs these women were creating and voila! a business was born. This post has been officially sponsored by the color Yellow.

(Available at sponsor VivaTerra for $239.)
