Brilliant (Re)Design: Misprint Watering Can

A tip of my gardening hat to the VivaTerra designer who came up with the cleverest use of reclaimed misfit materials I’ve seen yet. The Misprint Watering Can is made of sheet metal intended for watering cans but with printing goofs. Once discarded, these metal orphans are now made into clever and useful cans where the misprint becomes the sustainable message. They’re bright, easy for kids to handle when they help water flowers and vegetables, and a charming way to make sure the water gets right where you need it, instead of the sidewalk. At $48, these are also a perfect Mother’s Day gift for a green-thumbed mom.
