The Recycled Alternative to Digital

climbing vine clocks
Call me old-fashioned, but I really detest digital clocks. They're just so...techy! When I think of the concept of time, I dabble in its philosophical implications and consider the fulfilling ways in which I spend it, and these tacky displays don't exactly mesh with my vision of patient contemplation.

With the Climbing Vine clock, I plan to take a break from a stark digitized world. Handmade in Oregon by skilled artisans Justin and Mary Potts, this beautiful hanging timepiece reflects the lush nature of their green surroundings. In addition to high quality craftsmanship, this clock is 100% eco-friendly as well, made from recycled wood fiber and decorated with zero-VOC milk paint. (Available at Etsy for $25.)
