		<description>Something important to remember, related to what you said, is that when resting or doing easy exercise (walking, doing housework etc) the body uses fats in the form of free fatty acids or triglycerides before using carbohydrates. So doing moderate to vigorous activity only will not help you burn as much fat.
So: do low intensity exercise when looking to burn fat. Do moderate intensity activity when weight is lost to build muscle tone and keep weight off.</description>
