  1. Generally very good advice. I would make one partial correction. If you’ve become VERY out of shape, a few 10-minute walks per day will have virtually no effect on triggering a “systemic response” from your body to produce a greater immunity to disease as well as creating more fat-burning enzymes, which diminish during long, sedentary lifestyles. Don’t want to get sick?? Drink lots of Orange real juice everyday as long as it doesn’t bother your stomach. I haven’t been really sick in years.. If I feel something starting I drink double the normal everyday amount… It works..
