Midnight snacking - well, personally I tend to aim for the sugary, quick &amp; easy stuff - because it&#039;s midnight and therefore &quot;the rules&quot; don&#039;t count (whatever they are), and also midnight is no time to prepare food.

Breakfast cereals are a biggy at midnight.

So if many people are like me, it&#039;s not just the body-clock as the article suggests, it&#039;s also the quality of food being hastily grabbed out the cupboard when the Midnight Munchies attack - because it varies from midday snacking, and not in a good way.</description>
