My husband and I live in a small cottage with a tiny water heater, so taking a solid 15 minute shower leaves you with quickly cooling water at the end. I have long, thick hair that needs 2 shampooings and a round of conditioner. So I have to get wet, turn the water off, lather up, rinse, repeat. My version of the Navy Shower. Hair-washing day is quite the chore! But thankfully I only need to wash my hair once a week (since it's not oily and the northern Arizona air is very clean)... when I lived in Los Angeles my hair got grimy much more quickly. Ugh!
