Thanks! :) Outdoor floodlighting is certainly an issue here in York in the north of England - both the York Minster and the City Wall are floodlit at night. But on the plus side, we're proud to be the home of the new Archbishop of York, John Sentamu, who has proved himself unafraid to speak out on controversial issues he feels passionately about, including environmental.
