Look For Fiddleheads T-Shirt Giveaway

Octopus Love in Ocean Blue
I love t-shirts with interesting graphics, don’t you?
This organic cotton t-shirt made with water-based inks by Look For Fiddleheads is a new favorite. On the LFF site, there are so many great t-shirts it will make your head spin. Be very careful when you go there as you might just be inviting a new wardrobe addiction in. (Not kidding. She’s good.)
The designer, fine artist and former Certaintees founder, Lee Tracy, grew up in the Maine woods where she was taught to look for fiddle head ferns.
“We would pick the fiddle heads and cook them for dinner, with a touch of vinegar, or butter, and some salt,” says Tracy. “Fiddle heads are one of my favorite foods and searching for them is a great memory and current goal. ”
If you’d like to try your hand at winning Octopus Love, leave some love down below in the form of a comment and you’re registered. And while you’re here, get to know the lovely Lee better with this interview from EcoSalon’s early days. We’ve enjoyed watching the artist and activist’s eco journey and you will, too. Oh my, I love all things biological that she does, especially the lotus and redwood! I was actually surprised that she was without a shirt that featured fiddleheads, a personal favorite of mine. Her work is now an Etsy Favorite of mine! What a great biological illustrator she is!

Oh I love this t-shirt so much! I have always been fascinated by octopuses and squid. There are lots of great stories about them doing all sorts of sneaky, funny things.
Thanks for all of the hard work that goes into your blog!

I once had an octopus wrapped around my arm while swimming with a skin diver in Mexico. Ahhhhh the warm Pacific Ocean… one of my favorite places in the world.
