Music Monday: A Slice of Audible Inspiration

EcoSalon’s weekly playlist pick from 8tracks.

Music inspires many of us. We want to know what music fuels the people that keep us inspired, from activists to designers.

For this week’s playlist we turned to Peter Kallen, Design Director of Nau, the sustainable clothing company known for its urban and outdoor designs. A Slice of Audible Inspiration, “represents merely a slice of sounds I enjoy, by no means are they meant to be played back to back because they represent different tones and moments to be moved by audibly,” says Kallen.

Music does that for me it inspires a mood, reflects an emotion, transports the mind to a different place or state and ultimately expresses a feeling and conjures up an attitude to go with that. I draw from music daily to fuel my thoughts and guide my mental journeys. Music is a enormous part of my inspiration to draw from for design. It’s my audible Muse.
