I make a powder mixture of baking soda,zylitol (kills plaque),seasalt, and powdered sage. Mix these and dip your toothbrush, with a little toothpaste on it, into the mixture. do this before bed.

Good insights about the teeth! Also watching sugar intake will help, I think. Some will brush their teeth at night, but then have a drink and go to sleep. That sugar gets to work all night.
