I’m not a parent (yet), but I am an incredibly proud aunt to Jack (almost 3) and Rose (15 months). I had no idea how much love I was capable of until they burst into my life and stole my heart. I would do almost anything in order to keep them safe, happy and healthy.
This can sometimes prove to be difficult because my brother (their father) thinks I’m a health nut and lord knows I should mind my own business when it comes to what they put in their bodies.
Yet even he couldn’t resist my meddling ways when I told him about Y Water, a healthy new flavored drink for kids. It’s organic, low in calories and chock-full of vitamins and minerals.
Y Water comes in four flavors, each named after and targeting improved performance of one of the four building blocks of our bodies – brain, immune system, muscles and bones. The ingredients of brain, for example, include zinc, molybdenum, B6 and B12, which are vital for the functioning and development of the brain. Y Water tastes good while promoting the importance of a healthy, balanced diet.
Here’s my favorite part: the knobby, fun packaging (cleverly called Y knots) is made of 100% latex free, biodegradable rubber and is 100% reusable – the "knots" fit together to build stuff. Y Water will be hitting stores soon, so keep your eyes open.
Go here to watch a cool demonstration of this bottled water that does double-duty as a toy.
