		<description>Hey, I&#039;ve been trying this. It works! I&#039;ll eat a fried egg (hormone-free, in coconut oil) sprinkled with a bit of cheese, covered with sauteed onion and zuchinni. Add  half a ripe avocado, and you are set with fats and proteins to start the day. I didn&#039;t feel hungry again until mid-afternoon!!</description>
