Luxuriously Dressed Up Vegan Fruit Salad

vegan fruit salad
We’ve survived the long and barren winter, living off of apples, oranges and bananas, but as the hotter weather approaches, seasonal organic fruits are making their way back to market (I hope you tried Vanessa's easy summer stone fruit parfait recipe).

Lately I’ve been eating fruit salads for lunch, but banish the thought of Jello and that terrifying stuff called ambrosia salad; I’m gonna show you how to dress up your fruit in the finest way.

Take your fresh, ripe, organic fruit and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle coconut flakes, cacao nibs and hemp seeds. Add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg, if you like.

Moisten the whole blend with a splash of fruit juice or almond milk. My favorite juice of late is coconut-pineapple.

And that’s it! Enjoy!
