		<description>I used to work at home full time and found the biggest problem was stopping work - to get lunch, to get out, and in the evening. The work is always there, so it can be difficult to keep a reasonable schedule. Make sure to give yourself lots of breaks if this is a challenge for you. Ask your friends to help keep you in check, too. :) Great post Luanne - excellent tips.</description>
