You summed up all the pluses of the Smart perfectly — and they far outweight the minuses, in my book. I love my little yellow convertible for all those reasons — although my cat does ride harnessed in the front seat. 🙂

These smart cars used to be so funny, low on fuel, co2 emissions and insurance, but now i hate seeing this liitle cars on the road. Mainly because they are now in the UK being used by traffic wardens. They have cameras attached to them too, so next time you see one watch where you park.

Girl, that was a great, fun blog. I was thinking of a smart car after my Prius was stolen and wrecked. My husband has a 2005 Prius, so we still have a larger car when visiting the grandkids. Anyway, I appreciate your humour and fun spirit. You made my decision a lot easier.

Who would think you can pack it all up and cruise the Cali coast, Roo the cat in tow, on $30 bucks in gas! Pretty “green”, red!

P.S. I wonder what the dog’s faces were like when they found out a cat was coming to stay with your buddy!

This so makes me want to trade my Prius in for the Smartie (too bad I still owe far too much on it!!!). The b/f and I are throwing around the possibility of a road trip to Alaska, and this would be perfect!

It was also awesome to see it (and the driver) in person 🙂
