Whether it is an exercise routine, a special diet, a cream, liposuction, massage therapy, or anything else, it is guaranteed not to work for everybody. The reason for that is simple - all people have different bodies and all of these &quot;cure-alls&quot;  will work differently on different people.

The best approach is to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Even if it doesn&#039;t help your cellulite, it will promote a healthier body. Beyond that, if you still want to reduce cellulite, you could always try some of the other cellulite treatments. They work for some people, and you might be one of the lucky ones.
