Maybe the Idea of a Centrally-controlled system for America&#039;s Drinking water is absolutely wrong? An easy solution would be to have independent tap-water companies, who operate similar to electric companies: call for service, and they&#039;ll set you on a &quot;water plan&quot; that you pay per month.

Then, you can redress greivences and threaten loss of customer relations (almost the only thing that matters to most business&#039;, but not the Government at all, it seems), and competition would drive prices lower for, more-likely, healthier water than what we get now, AND we get some very valuable Tax Dollars back into America&#039;s pockets.]]></description>
