		<description><![CDATA[Yum! No modern wheat for me, though, I gave it up. No unfermented soy, either. I made dip today out of (all organic) black, pinto, and red kidney beans, coconut oil, garlic, and New Mexico chile. Once the beans were smashed and the liquid evaporated, I removed it from the heat, squeezed in the juice of half a lime, and drizzled in a little extra virgin olive oil. I served it with organic salsa and guacamole (avocado, lime juice, garlic, NM chile, fresh-ground Himalayan salt), and seaweed rice chips. Plenty of protein, and LOADS of flavor! Health and peace.]]></description>
