The entire line is handcrafted from actual used sails and detailed with the sleek durability and elegance long associated with nautical couture. The zippers are even rust-proof for your saltiest excursions.
After Ella’s Americas Cup win when she famously fashioned herself a tote out of her winning sail, the Vickers line was all but inevitable. (Regatta guests were so impressed they wanted to buy them right off her arm!) The Nauti Gear line was launched. The line has been making its rounds at green expos nationwide, showcasing waterproof pieces, each one an original.
Since sails are manufactured to withstand extreme conditions and maintain textural, structural and color integrity, you can expect your Nauti Gear to outlast most high performance backpacks (many of which come slathered in chemical water and windproof coatings).
Some customizations are available; you can request most designs to come emblazoned with a specific number or letter taken directly from a retired sail.
