I just had my old wretched college- age table with water stains hauled away to be replaced by a gorgeous, new, unscathed, non-water-damaged version and, I must say, I am feeling quite warm and fuzzy about it. It just might inspire me to cook. I have a sneaking suspicion that this table is going to catapult me to Michael Mina status…
So, I think Ogilvy is on to something.

I am not sure why but I find myself humming “love the one you’re with” to that headline. In all seriousness, I wish we were seeing more home retrofitting marketing instead of all this mushy product campaigning, but with people spending more time at home during the recession, I guess it’s hard to make solar panels sentimental.
