		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve been in some of those mills and what impressed me was how the wooden steps were worn and the hand rails were soft as satin.  Yes, women did leave a huge mark in these mills and uneducated as they were they held a work ethic in their hearts and a history of craftiness in the palm of their hands.  WOMEN WERE THE SOUL OF INDUSTRY.  May we always carry their torch.]]></description>
