I think if you have the time to prepare these dishes with veggies in them, its a great idea. A parent can teach their child that eating healthy can taste good. At the sametime the kids get a serving of healthy foods. Why is it that people think they have to lie about it? I don’t get that at all. If parents would just be honest about it and take the time to prepare healthy foods that their kids like, you can actually “TEACH” your child to eat healthy. If old enough, have your kids help prepare the food.

I grew up getting cheese on the veggies I didn’t like to eat. You know what…I grew to like all of them w/o cheese.
