I hope this is the start of a new trend. Just like a lot of cities have banned plastic bags, I hope bottled water is next.

Well that was just an incredibly optimistic post to wake up to! Thank you! Plastic water bottles make me cringe! It seems like not all that long ago we were mocking evian and how it spelled backwards was naive and that is what you would have to be to buy WATER. Now I think “well how the hell did THAT happen?????” Hopefully this will trigger a new fad 🙂

Good to know! I was surprised to see water bottles in the lodge rooms at Costanoa, a green resort in northern Cal. I think it is just assumed to that consumers demand the bottled water. Much of the tap we have is fine to drink. I applaud the Aussie effort.
