You may not be too keen on all of the animal byproducts on the menu, but kudos should be given for what effort is being made. This is only a flagship store, but imagine the impact if all restaurants further built by this coporation were to be built with all of these ammenities and current locations be updated to include some of them. A mile begins with one step or a novel with one word. It all has to start somewhere.
