		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve always thought that stores, particularly grocery stores, health clubs, hotels and other places that usually sell plastic water bottles, should have those big 5-gallon water tanks and SELL, for a pittance, fresh, clean, cool water to people who want to fill up their current bottle. It drove me crazy while traveling in Mexico to see people buying bottles of Nestle water and throwing the bottle away, when it would have been so easy to refill them, had there been a place to do it.]]></description>
