I was there eating those Shirlee Klein tacos, and you’ve captured how delicious it was. I used to pile on the ground beef, refried beans, cheese, sour cream, but now it’s ground turkey and nonfat plain yogurt instead of sour cream. And tortillas without lard. But boy are they good. Thanks Luanne.
