What a great list! Some of my favorite eco-boutiques and some that were new to me.

(And I’ve got to agree with Sara, there are so many great tiny eco-friendly indie labels out there – it would be great for them to get more exposure through these bigger sites!)

Thanks for these resources Amy! I wish some of these stores were more open to small indie brands instead of the same big eco brands we all know (and love). Hope to have SPUN in some of these stores soon and thanks to Greenloop for already carrying SPUN! 🙂

As this designing inovation gets more progressive, I do believe that sewing machines will come out of moth balls. If the resourses are available, creative people will get brave and embrace the chance to express their homemade products and be proud to put ,
MADE IN THE USA
on their labels from the heart and soul and go out and conquer the open market. YAHOO!!!

Great resources, Amy. Slowly but surely they are popping up. Nordstrom actually has some decent eco filtering options on their site. I do wish Tobi had more inventory – it’s a lot of Prairie Underground and Envirosax over and over.
