I have clients who have asked me for advice for quitting smoking. I recommend that they buy organic tobacco, combine it with organic sage, and roll their own cigarettes using the tobacco/sage mix and filters. Having to stop what they're doing to roll, every time they want to smoke, was enough to help some quit. Others told me they're smoking a tiny fraction of the amount they used to smoke, and said that smoking organic tobacco/sage did not seem to be nearly as addictive as commercial brands of cigarettes (probably because of all the additives they were no longer inhaling). Health and peace.
