		<description><![CDATA[I love this trend. You get to support your friends in doing what they love, and eat fine, gourmet foods that were actually crafted, by hand, with love. It&#039;s all win-win. Plenty of people in my town are successful at kombucha and chocolate-making and I always love buying from them! This is the kind of economic trend that will survive the recession and other &quot;tough times.&quot; May there be a triumph of the tiny!!!]]></description>
