You get to support your friends in doing what they love, and eat fine, gourmet foods that were actually crafted, by hand, with love. It’s all win-win. Plenty of people in my town are successful at kombucha and chocolate-making and I always love buying from them! This is the kind of economic trend that will survive the recession and other “tough times.” May there be a triumph of the tiny!!!
