I'm stumped as to how one "humane;y" sticks a knife into the throat of an animal whi is dangling by a rea leg (hio joint popping out if the socket).

Even without the dangling, I'm a bit bemused that this guy has convinced himself that he's humanely slitting the throats of otherwise healthy animals.

Of course he's "doing more" now that he did as a vegan (I'm assuming by "more" he meant "more business"), he's catering to denial and lies. That's often quite lucrative. He's doing nothing to halt the killing of the the most intelligent species on this planet.

Maybe he should adopt dogs from the shelter and humanely slaughter them for meat too. That way, he'll be doing even MORE good! After all, they'll be dead anyway, and he could feed the hungry with their carcasses. Plus, they're less sentient than the animals he's killing now....might as well.

Yay bacon scabs!

Ethical bacon is a contradiction in terms. You can lie to yourself all you want, but you cannot have meat without the cruel death of an animal. And there is nothing ethical about killing someone (or, more appropriately, having them killed) for our enjoyment.
