Yes it is true that our Elders are not “old, throwaway” people… but truly have a lot to share with us, if we encourage them to be empowered and confident, and not just feel like they are old and useless (as has been common in our culture). We need to listen because they have a lot to say! I’m glad more and more women are stepping into the wisdom of their Inner Grandmother.
