		<description><![CDATA[I wanted to come back here and say the Quinoa burgers were excellent! I have been cooking new recipes lately almost exclusively off this site and this (along with the lentil, lemon and spinach soup) is a keeper.

To Walker, the burgers were super easy to make. I did it in about 20 minutes total with a little two year old running around, and I promise you I am no master chef.  You can do a lot of prep chopping and grating while the quinoa is cooking.  The yam for this is easiest microwaved; set it and forget it until you need it.  I omitted the cliantro (just a bit of dried parsley as a substitute) and just sliced some avocado on top instead of the guac.   Have fun!]]></description>
