So much is green washing. But I do think the waste removal is effective and also the widespread use of Muni, but we still need more incentives for public transit over cars. There are simply too many drivers clogging the highways and city streets, and too many vehicles spouting foul smoke that seem to circumvent the emissions tests for registration.
