I hate the idea of putting plastic in such sensitive areas of my body and would like to try these alternatives. Once again, we gain strides by going back to the ways of the pioneer woman who breast fed, cooked slow meals and used rags during her time of month.

Only when I’m on the road traveling do I stoop down to using some disposable options, and I always hate it and can’t wait to get back to reusables. It all just feels so much healthier.
