In compensation you agree to volunteer for a set number of hours. They also have an all women night where women can come and learn about their bikes, how to fix them etc. in a low stress environment. These are things we need here. Thanks for the article.

Going further, I’d love to see Universities having funded biking workshops (how to build & modify them) and bike sales, not just for eco reasons but to save students even more cash.
