Note the color of your used filter the next time you use one!

I like a ‘gold basket’ (about 5 bucks) which is washable and reusable, or, for a quick cup in the AM, a presspot or French Press.

Easy to use and quick (especially if you have an electric kettle), it’s a great solution for anyone reaching beyond a boiled mug of preground swill.
