If you&#039;ve become VERY out of shape, a few 10-minute walks per day will have virtually no effect on triggering a &quot;systemic response&quot; from your body to produce a greater immunity to disease as well as creating more fat-burning enzymes, which diminish during long, sedentary lifestyles. Don&#039;t want to get sick?? Drink lots of Orange real juice everyday as long as it doesn&#039;t bother your stomach. I haven&#039;t been really sick in years.. If I feel something starting I drink double the normal everyday amount... It works..]]></description>
