Certain words mean specific things, that way one can communicate succinctly.  Many of those words get watered down (no pun intended) over time.  I think it is especially important for publications to as accurate as possible.  Especially in cases like this when there are exisiting words (infusion, tisane) that accurately describe what is being written about.]]></description>
