From what Mia says about the bill… spontaneous abortion DOES include miscarraige… but do you not know that you can force yourself to miscarry? Without going to a clinic…. why do you think there are SOOO many meds you CANNOT take while pregnant, there are so many different ways to make an abortion look like a miscarraige and thats what is being discussed in the bill I understand the “rant” so to speak above… because… well I for one cannot have kids at this moment without extensive treatment first… so yes if I got pregnant right now… I’d probably be affected by this, because ONE I live in GA and TWO there’s no way to prove I didn’t abort the kid because I got scared and couldn’t afford to go to a clinic… except for the prior medical history… but what about those who DON’T know they can’t??? So yes the article takes it one way…. the bill is very unclear…. and doesn’t specifically say “abortion” or “miscarraige”….. basically what its trying to say is WILLFULLY killing a baby that is unborn… soooo just don’t kill your unborn children by taking unapproved meds or drinking alcohol like you depend on it…. or whatever…. and you’ll be uneffected 🙂

The slippery slope argument is weak, stop using it. If you want to fight against anti-abortion legislation (good for you!), don’t use weak arguments to do it, or you’ll lose the ear of anyone thinking logically.

I put a link to the site with the numbers of male and female police officers in the US. Currently the vast majority of the police officers in the US are men. I was simply stating that most likely these crimes would be investigated by a male officer since there are many more of them.

Why would it have to be a male police officer? These laws are created by both men and women who are radically opposed to abortion. It has nothing to do with men. It could just as easily a pro-life female officer accusing you of aborting your pregnancy. This seems like an incredibly sexist article and website.

The bill has been “shelved” for now but the concept is out there now.
