AS THE HOLIDAYS ARE DEFINATELY OVER, AND WE ARE BACK TO ROUTINE, IT SADDENS ME SO MUCH ( LIKE A DEATH) TO REALIZE THAT MY METROPOLITAN HOME MAGAZINE WILL NOT BE COMMNG IN THE MAIL… I HAVE KEPT ALL THE MAGAZINES FOR THE PAST 9 YEARS, GOING BACK TO THEM CONSTANTLY FOR INSPIRATION AND IDEAS. I LOVED DONNA WARNERS LETTER EACH MONTH, INSPIRED BY HER WORDS AND THEY REALLY MADE YOU THINK…..YOU WILL ALLL BE MISSED TERRIBLY AND I WISH ALL GREAT THINGS TO YOU ALL IN THE COMING YEAR. STAY CREATIVE , STAY INSPIRED AND COME UP WITH A REALLY GOOD IDEA TO COME BACK EVEN STRONGER! WE WILL WAIT!!! THANK YOU!

Thanks for sharing those memories, Luanne! Met Home has been my most treasured shelter mag for years after I first flipped through it in design school. I agree, print may be dead, but there’s nothing like the feel of those large, glossy pages full of design inspiration!
