I understand they are petroleum based which sends up a red flag right there. Also, they say they use fragrance oils. Now, aren’t those chemical (as opposed to essential oils which are from plants)? Yet, I see this stuff being marketed as “natural” and good for asthma sufferers, etc. Something just doesn’t sound right about this product.

But how about local perfume companies who are just starting out and want to show us that they care their product isn’t poisoning us ~ isn’t all that certification costly? Not all companies, especially start-ups, can afford organic certification. I would love to see articles about what certifications mean both for the consumer and manufacturers.
