Consider me another tempeh convert. It took me a while to try it because I wanted to use Kecap Manis. I’m always on the lookout for new ingredients, and this was a great discovery. I located it at the Mountain View Market on Castro Street, Mountain View, CA (you wouldn’t guess by the name, but this is a wonderful Asian grocery).
