Just stop going to theaters, then the greedy corporate suits will go into a panic and pull the annoying commercials. Unfortunately too many people are sheep and will just sit there and take it.

I had no idea that this was not the case in the US as well, especially since the US is usually more commercial (there are more ads on TV here than in the UK for example).
