I&#039;d say red meat 10 times a week is way, way too much.

But there must be a balance for us - an amount of red meat that&#039;s in proportion and not overloading our bodies and leading to degenerative conditions. That&#039;s what I&#039;m interested in, as an occasional red meat eater.

So I wonder, is there a correlation between *all* quantities of consumed red meat and a raised chance of getting AMD? Or is there a point where it becomes risky, but under that point, we&#039;re okay?]]></description>
