Tomorrow, Grammy”s chicken rice soup and crusty bread. Bet I have leftovers for Thursday’s lunch. At $.69 a lb. total price $5.47, wow, I can feed three people for three meals and healthy at that. I’ve gone thru 3 crockpots since the 70’s.When and if this one goes to CROCKPOT HEAVEN, I’m headed for town to pick up another.

When my mother bought it for me two years ago I thought I’d never use it but not only is it in line with the slow food movement, it’s also perfect for the fast mom movement.
How great is it to come home and your house smells like you’ve been cooking for hours.
