Hi there,
I found a great ‘safe’ adult polish brand called Mezaya. The polishes are water based and with correct application they seem to be working really well. I cleaned my nails with the remover first and then using topcoat after. x

Just wanted to follow up regarding Hopscotch Kids. It is crucial to follow the nail prep instructions that come with the polish for longest lasting coverage. Because Hopscotch Kids is water based you must be sure that hands are super clean and nails are buffed before polishing to remove surface nail oils. If you do this, the polish will adhere and last as long as conventional (toxic) polish. I have been wearing the same color on my toes for at least two weeks and it looks fantastic. Also, two quick coats will last longer than just one.

p.s. Hopscotch Kids will be launching an adult line called Scotch Naturals in about 4-6 weeks!

Great follow up to my post on green salons. True, many of the “safe” polishes have problems saying on and not streaking as you mentioned, but for kids, it doesn’t stay on very long any way. Hopefully more adult products will be coming on the market too in the next few years.
