I don’t trust it, and I think it weakens your immune system as it may come dependable to the shot each year. I think that people that have a healthy diet and take a good multivitamin with antioxidants their body is strong enough to defend its self as it was design too!!!!!

What I worry about is the mercury build-up. Sure, if you get the flu shot once or twice in your life, it’s no big deal. But the mercury in the thimerosal will accumulate in your body, so getting the shots yearly can have a negative affect over the long run. Of course the CDC and medical/pharmaceutical organizations will deny this, but we need to use common sense to keep ourselves healthy.

Timely post, Sarah. I know they say the shot cannot give you the flu, but my husband has contracted the flu every February since he had the shot a few years back. He was always healthy prior to that shot. Something’s up.
