It does not say that the soy lecithin is organic. I’m just mentioning this because you listed them as one of the manufacturer’s that uses organic soy lecithin. Our family is vigorously changing to organic foods, including grassfed beef. I love to bake and I am searching for baking bars that are 100% organic. I have run into snags when trying to purchase some processed items but I’ve been able to make them myself using all organic ingredients.
